With the iOS 13.5 Unc0ver Jailbreak or Checkra1n Jailbreak you can get XenHTML and get many different widgets. These widgets can be clock widgets or other types. You can also get animated/moving wallpapers using XenHTML. The XenHTML Jailbreak Tweak is supported for the latest iOS 13.5 version. In order to make sure these widgets work properly you will also need to install another tweak called XenInfo along with XenHTML.
