MAG 15 BIOS 60 Update (GPU Thermal Throttle NOT Compromised and TB3 Fix)

Many reported their MAG 15/QC7 Chassis with BIOS 60 would no longer allow their GPU to bypass 75c with Asus GPU Tweak II.
