Today we have even more good news for the jailbreak community. It appears that security researcher Justin Sherman has announced they’re working on an iOS 14.7 – iOS 14.4 Kernel bug which with some adjustments and chaining, will be usable for a jailbreak. The bug will be released according to Justin.
By itself, it’s not particularly useful for jailbreaking because in order to use it we need a special entitlement only WebContent has, however, paired with Linus Henze’s one that will be released on October 21, this could be used for a proper jailbreak at least on iOS 14.6 Beta and lower for all devices including iPhone 12.
