-If you see “Something went wrong”, then you should see “Or an offline account” in the bottom left corner, click on it and that will also work for setting up your new account.
-If you see the School board page, complete through the process until you reach to the device preparation/setup. Shut it down and turn it back on, and soon as see you the device preparation page, quickly shut it down again, keep on doing it when you get to the page “Something went wrong”. And from there you should see in the bottom left corner “or an offline account” click on it and that will also work for setting up your new account.
