To check the battery health on your iPhone running IOS 16, follow these steps:
1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
2. Scroll down and tap on “Battery”.
3. Tap on “Battery Health”.
4. You will see the Maximum Capacity of your iPhone’s battery as a percentage. This percentage represents the maximum amount of charge your battery can hold compared to when it was new. A lower percentage means that your battery’s health has degraded over time.
5. You will also see the Peak Performance Capability of your iPhone’s battery. This will indicate whether your battery is capable of supporting peak performance or if it has been limited to avoid unexpected shutdowns.
6. If your iPhone’s battery health is below 80%, you may want to consider getting it replaced to improve its performance.
Note that the Battery Health feature is only available on iPhones with iOS 11.3 and later.
