#1 Current AC2 Version is 2.15.1 and works fine restoring Monterey to the 2021 14″ & 16″ MacBook Pro M1 Pro, M1 Max + Mac Studio M1 Max & M1 Ultra
#2 Reported issue with macOS Monterey 12.3 with M1 14″ & 16″ versions that had their logic board replaced. Those devices are having issues upgrading. You might need to use the REVIVE option to go back to 12.2.1 to fix the issue. UPDATE: The 12.3.1 Update fixes this issue!
